About the Residency
Sensual//Punk Mallorca Edition is a creative photography residency designed for advanced photographers who want to create with more intensity, more focus, and more space for their own visual voice.
This residency is not intended for complete beginners. It is created for photographers who already have experience photographing people, know how to work with their camera, and want to focus on creativity, atmosphere, communication with the model, natural light, and their own artistic direction.
Unlike typical workshops, where photographers often wait in a large group and end up shooting similar images from the same setup, this residency is built around a smaller group, more personal space, and real shooting time with the models.
October in Mallorca will be more intimate, focused, and creatively alive. A maximum of 8 photographers, 4 experienced models, and several days in an environment that combines history, light, sea, architecture, and natural atmosphere.
This is not just a group photoshoot.
This is a creative residency.
Location and Atmosphere
The main base of the residency will be a rustic Mallorcan finca with an authentic island atmosphere.
We are choosing a place that supports the visual identity of the residency — natural light, textured walls, warm tones, quiet corners, outdoor spaces, and the kind of Mediterranean atmosphere that works beautifully for creative portrait, fashion, glamour, boudoir, and fine art nude photography.
The finca will serve as our base for accommodation, breakfast, rest, planning, and part of the photographic work. Selected areas of the finca — such as interiors, outdoor spaces, garden, terraces, or the pool area — may become part of the visual story, always with respect to the property and its house rules.
However, the finca will not be the only location.
During the residency, we will also travel around Mallorca and use the visual diversity of the island. We will shoot on beaches, in picturesque harbours, in the streets of historic towns, and in other atmospheric locations that support different moods, genres, and visual stories.
The goal is for each photographer to leave the residency with a diverse body of portfolio material — from intimate scenes in a rustic Mallorcan setting to outdoor series by the sea, in harbours, and historic streets of Mallorca.
This is not just accommodation.
This is the creative base for a several-day photographic adventure.
What We Will Shoot
During the residency, we will create a diverse visual body of work — from quiet intimate portraits to fashion-inspired scenes, sensual outdoor stories, boudoir, and atmospheric nude art.
The photoshoots will take place with experienced models who know how to work with body language, expression, atmosphere, and natural light. The goal is not only to create beautiful photographs, but strong visual series with mood, intimacy, and the personal approach of each photographer.
Each participant will have the opportunity to create diverse visual material suitable for their portfolio, presentation, social media, printed portfolio, or personal artistic projects.
Shooting Format
The photoshoots will be divided into daily shooting blocks:
2 hours in the morning
2 hours in the afternoon
Each photographer will have the opportunity to shoot with all 4 models.
The shooting format will be based on small groups:
2 photographers per 1 model
This format provides more space, more calm, and more real time for creating. The photographer is not just part of a large group. They have space to work, experiment, guide the model, and develop their own idea.
In total, the residency includes approximately:
4 hours of shooting per day

Who Is This Residency For?
This residency is intended for advanced photographers who want more than simply photographing a model in a beautiful place.
It is designed for photographers who already understand the basic technical side of photography, have experience photographing people, and want to create stronger, more personal visual work.
This residency is suitable for photographers who want to:
expand their portfolio with strong visual series from Mallorca,
work with experienced models,
experience an intensive creative stay in a small group,
create in authentic locations with character,
explore portrait, fashion, glamour, boudoir, or nude art in a more natural and personal way,
be part of the atmosphere of the Sensual//Punk community.
This is not a mass workshop.
This is not a residency for beginners.
This is a small creative residency for people who truly want to create.
What Is Included in the Price
5 nights of accommodation
Accommodation in twin rooms at a rustic Mallorcan finca. A limited number of single rooms may be available for an additional fee. Please contact the organizer for availability.
Meals and refreshments during the stay
Breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee, drinking water, and snacks during the day are included. Meals will be prepared at the villa and shared together as part of the relaxed, intimate atmosphere of the residency.
Photoshoots with 4 experienced models
Organized shooting in small groups, with 2 photographers per 1 model.
16 hours of organized shooting
Approximately 4 hours per day across 4 shooting days.
Creative photography genres
Portrait, fashion, glamour, boudoir, and nude art.
Airport transfer
Transfer from and to the airport, coordinated according to the group’s shared arrival and departure times.
What Is Not Included in the Price
The price does not include:
Flight ticket to Mallorca
Each participant arranges their own flight to Mallorca individually.
Car rental contribution
For selected location transfers during the residency, car rental may be organized within the group.
Recommended: 1 car for 2 photographers.
Estimated cost: approximately €100 per person, including fuel.
Travel insurance
Each participant arranges their own travel insurance individually.
Personal expenses
Any personal expenses outside the residency program are not included.
Price and Reservation
Pre-Registration Price • 1,699€
Available only for photographers who registered their interest in advance.
This pre-registration price is available until July 31, 2026, subject to availability. If the residency reaches full capacity earlier, the offer may no longer be available.
Standard Price • 1,849€
The standard price applies to new participants after the pre-registration period ends.
Capacity is limited to a maximum of 8 photographers.
A place in the residency is confirmed only after payment of a 50% deposit or the full participation fee.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than August 28, 2026.
If a participant cancels after confirming their place, the deposit is non-refundable, as it covers accommodation, organization, model booking, planning and other fixed residency costs.
If the participant has already paid the full amount and cancels, the refund of the remaining balance will be considered individually, depending on the timing of the cancellation and whether the place can be filled by another photographer.
Organizational Conditions & Safety Note
By registering for the residency, the participant confirms that they have read and accepted the residency conditions, and agrees to respect the schedule, the creative plan, the group organization, the models’ boundaries, and the safe atmosphere of the residency.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances that would prevent the organizer from holding the residency, the participant will receive a full refund of the amount they have paid.
If one of the announced models cancels her participation, the organizer will provide a replacement model of comparable quality.
Participation in the residency is at the participant’s own risk.
Each participant is required to behave responsibly and respectfully, in a way that does not endanger themselves, the models, the organizer, other participants, the rented accommodation, the good name of the residency, or the safe atmosphere of the group.
Each participant must respect the models, their personal boundaries, and their consent regarding the scope of photography. All photoshoots take place only within agreed boundaries, mutual respect, and professional communication.
During the residency, backstage photos and videos may be created and later used for the promotion of the residency, the Sensual//Punk project, and future creative stays.
For easier communication before and during the residency, a shared WhatsApp group will be created for all participants.
If a participant fails to respect these conditions, the organizer reserves the right to exclude them from the residency without any entitlement to a refund of the participation fee.
Participant cancellation policy
The 50% deposit is non-refundable after confirmation of the place, as it is used to secure accommodation, models, logistics and production costs.
If the participant cancels after August 28, 2026, the participation fee is non-refundable.
The participant may transfer their place to another suitable photographer only with the organizer’s approval.
Sensual//Punk is built on trust, respect, intimacy, creativity, and a safe space. Without respect, it does not work.

Rights to the Photographs
Photographers receive broad usage rights for the photographs they create during the residency.
The created photographs may be used especially for:
• personal portfolio,
• website presentation,
• social media,
• personal artistic projects,
• exhibitions,
• printed portfolio,
• promotion of the photographer’s own work.
The use of photographs must always respect the agreed boundaries of the models and the character of the residency.
Accommodation
Participants will stay in twin rooms.
The finca will serve as the main base of the residency — a place for accommodation, breakfast, rest, planning photoshoots, and part of the actual shooting. The garden includes a swimming pool, which may become part of the atmosphere of the stay as well as selected photographic scenes.
At the same time, the residency will not be limited only to the accommodation space. During the stay, we will travel to other locations around the island so that the resulting series are not repetitive and every photographer gains a wider range of visual material.
We will use beaches, harbours, historic streets, natural light, and the diverse environments that Mallorca offers.
Atmosphere of the Residency
Sensual//Punk Mallorca Edition is not a sterile workshop. It is a living creative stay.
We will live together, have breakfast together, plan photoshoots, move between locations, search for light, use the atmosphere of the island, talk about photography, and create series with a personal character.
October in Mallorca has a different energy than the high season. Less chaos, softer light, a calmer atmosphere, and more space for creation.
This will be Mallorca without the tourist noise.
More focused.
