Location and Atmosphere

The main base of the residency will be a rustic Mallorcan finca with an authentic island atmosphere.

We are choosing a place that supports the visual identity of the residency — natural light, textured walls, warm tones, quiet corners, outdoor spaces, and the kind of Mediterranean atmosphere that works beautifully for creative portrait, fashion, glamour, boudoir, and fine art nude photography.

The finca will serve as our base for accommodation, breakfast, rest, planning, and part of the photographic work. Selected areas of the finca — such as interiors, outdoor spaces, garden, terraces, or the pool area — may become part of the visual story, always with respect to the property and its house rules.

However, the finca will not be the only location.

During the residency, we will also travel around Mallorca and use the visual diversity of the island. We will shoot on beaches, in picturesque harbours, in the streets of historic towns, and in other atmospheric locations that support different moods, genres, and visual stories.

The goal is for each photographer to leave the residency with a diverse body of portfolio material — from intimate scenes in a rustic Mallorcan setting to outdoor series by the sea, in harbours, and historic streets of Mallorca.

This is not just accommodation.
This is the creative base for a several-day photographic adventure.

Shooting Format

The photoshoots will be divided into daily shooting blocks:

2 hours in the morning
2 hours in the afternoon

Each photographer will have the opportunity to shoot with all 4 models.

The shooting format will be based on small groups:

2 photographers per 1 model

This format provides more space, more calm, and more real time for creating. The photographer is not just part of a large group. They have space to work, experiment, guide the model, and develop their own idea.

In total, the residency includes approximately:

4 hours of shooting per day
16 hours of shooting during the residency

Who Is This Residency For?

This residency is intended for advanced photographers who want more than just “to photograph a model in a beautiful place.”

It is suitable for photographers who:

• already understand the basic technical side of photography,

• have experience photographing people,

• want to expand their portfolio with strong visual series from Mallorca,

• want to work with experienced models,

• want to experience an intensive creative stay in a small group,

• want to work in authentic locations with character,

• want to create portrait, fashion, glamour, boudoir, or nude art in a more natural and personal way,

• want to experience the atmosphere of the Sensual//Punk community.

This is not a mass workshop.
This is not a residency for beginners.
This is a small creative residency for people who truly want to create.

What Is Not Included in the Price

The price does not include:

Flight ticket to Mallorca

Lunches and dinners
There will be an option to join shared meals. My wife and I will be cooking.
Price for shared meals: €70 / entire stay

Car rental contribution
Recommended: 1 car for 2 photographers.
Estimated cost: approximately €100 per person including fuel.

Travel insurance
Each participant arranges their own travel insurance individually.

Organizational Conditions

In the event of any unforeseen circumstances that would prevent the organizer from holding the residency, the participant will receive a full refund of the amount they have paid.

If one of the announced models cancels her participation, the organizer will provide a replacement model of comparable quality.

Participation in the residency is at the participant’s own risk.

Each participant is required to behave responsibly and respectfully, and in a way that does not damage the rented accommodation, the good name of the residency, or the safe atmosphere of the group.

Each participant must also respect the models, their personal boundaries, and their consent regarding the scope of photography. All photoshoots take place only within agreed boundaries, mutual respect, and professional communication.

During the residency, backstage photos and videos may be created and later used for the promotion of the residency, the Sensual//Punk project, and future creative stays.

For easier communication before and during the residency, a shared WhatsApp group will be created for all participants.

Sensual//Punk is built on trust, intimacy, creativity, and a safe space.
Without respect, it does not work.

Accommodation

Participants will stay in twin rooms.

The finca will serve as the main base of the residency — a place for accommodation, breakfast, rest, planning photoshoots, and part of the actual shooting. The garden includes a swimming pool, which may become part of the atmosphere of the stay as well as selected photographic scenes.

At the same time, the residency will not be limited only to the accommodation space. During the stay, we will travel to other locations around the island so that the resulting series are not repetitive and every photographer gains a wider range of visual material.

We will use beaches, harbours, historic streets, natural light, and the diverse environments that Mallorca offers.
